You are assuming they are not hiring these people on purpose. I worked in 2 major university systems that knowingly hired criminals on probation to work with high school students applying to the universities. Knowingly.

One had anger issues that I cannot attempt to describe. It wasn’t yell-in-face kind of anger, but quiet rage & crazy eyes that frightened me. He was the boss’s special favorite (white liberal woman). The other heavily tattooed person used various medical excuses to miss working part of every day. Then he took mornings and even days off for political activities. When he did not show up to sign his (falsified) time sheet, and his paycheck was delayed, he screamed at me and accused me of racism.

He was not the only one scamming the system. Did I try to fix it? Yes, so I was threatened (even physically), harassed, and replaced. So you can never convince me that any of this is accidental.

By the way, when I was threatened, it was a very large Black man who stood between me and a pack of feral “students.” He yelled at them, shamed them, and told them to leave me alone. He was fired. I never even had a chance to thank him.

No, we are not all One.
There are those who are the light/positive children of One, belong to One, sealed by One.
