AltaMed, the nation’s largest 340B “nonprofit” health system, is quietly lobbying for an exemption from President Trump’s 340B reforms.

CEO Castulo de la Rocha earns nearly $2 million a year, and he and his wife have reportedly received more than $20 million from AltaMed.

AltaMed even hired a Chief Curator to oversee an extensive art collection (pics below).

The organization has also directed money to political figures such as Gavin Newsom and Xavier Becerra, along with groups like Latino Victory Project.

In short, AltaMed wants a carve-out so taxpayers don’t look too closely at where they’re going.

ICE arrested Juan Pablo David Tellez-Cabezas upon his most recent release from an Oregon prison, armed with a federal criminal warrant charging him with illegal reentry and immediately handed him over to @USMarshalsHQ.

He has a lengthy rap sheet with convictions that include:

🚨 DPS Brush Team, USBP Apprehend Group that Included Russian Special Interest Alien in Starr Co. 🚨

As part of Gov @GregAbbott_TX’s #OperationLoneStar, the @TxDPS Brush Team and U.S. Border Patrol working an anti-smuggling operation in Starr Co apprehended a group of 10 illegal immigrants near Roma on June 7, 2026.

Among the group was a female special interest alien from Russia. All 10 illegal immigrants were referred to U.S. Border Patrol.

This apprehension highlights the strong partnership between state and federal law enforcement agencies working together to deter human smuggling, enhance border security, and prevent gotaways from making it further into the interior of the country.

Operation Lone Star continues to deliver results, and the mission continues.
