๐ธ BLACK MASS: AMERICA WILL LEAD THE NEXT STAGE ๐บ๐ธ
At Electrified Materials, weโre turning end-of-life batteries & manufacturing scrap into feedstock for critical material recovery.
๐ Process it.
โป๏ธ Recover it.
โ๏ธ Refine it.
๐ Reuse it.
Black mass isnโt the finish line. Itโs the bridge to what comes next.

$AREC: This is awesome to see.
ReElement is moving so fast it's kind of crazy.
3 of 4 lines are up and wrapping up.
Lines 1 and 2 were already making great progress, but now we can confirm that line 3 is now up and progressing through it's buildout phases.
So here's what's being worked on:
Line 1: Germanium/Gallium
Semiconductor and strategic materials (Ge, Ga)
Line 2: Magnet recycling
Nd, Pr, NdPr, Dy, Tb from scrap magnets
and now
Line 3: Primary feedstocks
MREC and MREO concentrates: Nd, Pr, Dy, Tb, Y, Gd, Sm
We've heard it emphasized many times before, but @ReElementTech continues to be ahead of schedule and under budget with their Phase 1 buildout. These images help in corroborating that claim.
What I am curious about is the claim from Mark that Marion will be smaller than their TBD international facility (or facilities). What does that mean? And is this tied to a particular feedstock?
Building a massive international facility that's larger than Marion is no small task and only makes sense if the feedstock feeding that site is equally as massive. Could it be for Mrima Hill??
Exciting times ahead. I think we are really in for a whirlwind.
Long $AREC
@markcjensen Random thought: I wonder how loud it's going to be in there when all 4 lines are running....? Will ear protection be necessary on the facility floor? I'm sure you guys have a litany of SOPs, but just curious. #Bravo
@probzunknown For real! I do wonder though if line 3 is the thermal barrier line. With all the drone talk as of late, I could see that one being prioritized while they iron out the MREC deal. But I'm purely speculating...the number of lines matters more than which order, at this point.
Considering all the drone projects and initiatives the govt is pushing, I'd guess line 3 is thermal barrier. If things went as well over seas as Mark is letting on, line 4 will be MREC and start assembling in the next 4-6 weeks after they wrap up lines 2&3. All guesses. Exciting!
Looking like we are still ahead of schedule. Not sure if the 3rd line is the thermal barrier line or if they closed a deal on some MREC feedstock and are starting that line. But looking good! Waiting for those financials, now.

Incredible progress on travels but grateful to be back from travels. Awesome to get pics from team on their amazing progress back at home while gone. This is a pic of three of our four production lines in Marion (simple design and process - or as my media friend says - empty). Marion is a large demo plant (yet largest critical mineral / rare earth refinery in the United States) but will be smaller than our overseas facilities. Demo plant as in itโs a demonstration to our global partners on what we do in the U.S. and what we can do with them in their country. Exciting times and updates ahead for @ReElementTech@Amerresources and @electrifiedmat letโs go!
@markcjensen Holy cow, 3 lines?! You guys keep surprising! Glad I got more $AREC !
I hope the market wakes up to what you guys are doing, very soon! Control what you can and outperform when you can! ๐ช๐พ
Agreed. And although economies will still be interconnected, globalization is reversing course and reshaping itself. Countries and regions/alliances will be reshoring industries within their control to protect their interests and the welfare of their people.
We are witnessing the very early stages of Cold War 2.0.
We will continue to see massive investment in reindustrialization.
A secure, complaint, and robust rare earth and critical mineral supply chain has never been more paramount.
The companies that step up will be critical to national security.
$AREC too. @ReElementTech germanium line (line 1) shares a platform for gallium production. Curious if we have feedstock (recycled or otherwise) to produce in the near term. Sounds like pricing will be supported by chips for a while.
Gallium trades at roughly $2,100 a kilogram in Western warehouses. Inside China it is about $247.
That is a gap of about 8 times, according to Asia Times reporting on chip-grade minerals.
China's gallium exports fell to 350 kg in August from 7,200 kg in July, according to Chinese customs data. Every kilogram of the August total went to South Korea.
The US Defense Department is putting $174 million into a gallium plant at Alcoa's Wagerup refinery in Australia, targeting 100 tonnes a year.
@probzunknown@ReElementTech Yeah, I figured lmao. But makes sense we're predominately recycled right now. If progress continues the way it has, this time next year is gonna be wild.
Can't wait until they pull back the curtain on what they've been up to. Meanwhile, oxide prices are starting to hockey stick!
$AREC the amount of rare earths and critical minerals used in a submarine is nuts. For example: a single U.S. Navy Virginia-class submarine requires roughly 9,200 pounds (4.6 short tons) of rare earth elements and critical minerals. Full of germanium-containing instruments, too.
ANDURIL UNVEILS $6.6 BILLION SUBMARINE INDUSTRIAL EXPANSION
Anduril says Arsenal-2 will be built at Tradepoint Atlantic in Baltimore County, creating 3,100 direct jobs and more than 11,000 indirect jobs.
Anduril and the U.S. Navy will invest $6.6 billion to expand Americaโs submarine industrial base and increase production capacity for the Virginia-class submarine program.
Initial Arsenal-2 operations are expected in 2030.
Nothing beats an Unknown exclusive! $AREC Check out his thoughts on the settlement that has weighed on us but is now virtually behind us. Now we wait for the financials!

Clearing the Overhang and Putting the Cash to Work
On @tryprismxyz
I'm feeling really bullish on this update overall.
I walked through things in detail, but this overhang removal clears things up quite nicely and allows us to really get things started.
To be fair, I am a bit annoyed that things are taking this long, and the share price continues to suffer accordingly, but as I have said many times before, there was a reason.
Let's hope that we can get the remaining filings on time before next Thursday's deadline.

@probzunknown@tryprismxyz Wassup Probz! I've reincarnated myself since my other acct is still suspended (yeah, Sovereign's suggestions unfortunately didn't work).
Def looking forward to what your analysis yields; I'll read the 8-k when im free. Getting rid of this burden should be a net positive though!
