@will_townes@cduvallet cool! nice work! from this graphic, it also looks like concentrations are furthest away from the processing lab. Could sample shipment and storage influence measured concentrations?
@Redkiraz We are working on a composite graphic that integrates data from all catchments into a single time series to add to WISE database. Is that what you mean? Or did you have something else in mind, besides the WISE and IDD dashboards?
@Redkiraz Yes, we need to plan these things in advance, unfortunately SARS-CoV-2 did not cooperate with us. We resume sampling next week, so our dashboards will start to report results on 13th, 14th, and 15th, and the FOPH dashboard will have our data reported only on the 20th.
@Redkiraz@FabianSpuehler we don't estimate incidence, we only report gene copies and Re estimates (which are trends in incidence, but not incidence directly). We also do not recalculate baseline twice a year. At the BAG, they also report the percent load. recalculating is an interesting idea for this
@dominiksteiger The Chur value is real. We extracted it multiple times, even with a different method, and measured it on ddPCR 3 times in duplicate. Maybe there is a single super shedder for that one day? Or maybe there is something about fate and transport in sewers that caused a spike?
@dominiksteiger@sci20210108 yes agree! unfortunately, there are so many dependencies, i'm not sure how that will be affected yet. but we keep it as long as we can.
