@Wise been reliable for timely transfers, but today, when I really needed it, my transfer was blocked and funds held up. After sending the required documents, there's still a delay of days. It’s frustrating and feels like poor timing to do verification after fund transfer #wise

@Wise Thats true, the money is safer in your account - BUT the purpose for I use @wise is to send money to my recipients not to hold it your side.
despite making few calls / emails, the customer support is simply reading the scripts.

& told "I lost the package & not find in the car, need to backtrack it"
@amazon helpdesk says they don't support English but polish

I need a help in tracking the shipment, its a console if they lost it - I go refund and choose to buy from other parties like @MediaExpert_PL or @Allegro_Group .

But just give me the right status & extend a customer support English.
