@MumbaiPolice MHB night shift officers did not visit senior citizen despite requesting support twice. Senior citizen living alone phoned @112Maharashtra between 1-1:30am. After an hour, phoned again between 2-2:30am. 112 Helpline staff tried to help but MHB did not even try.

@JioCare Network not working properly for 6 months. When I phone customer support they say we are aware/working on it but they never give an estimated time of resolution. Paying for 3GB pm but I have to use Hotspot of other providers. And I had ported to Jio recently #Suchashame

@HDFCBank_Cares PPF Acc was Transferred from SBI on 18/8/23 and reached HDFC around 25/8/23. HDFC emailed additional documents to be filled by the Customer. Can you confirm what documents the 'Customer' needs to fill after the Transfer of a PPF Account. (Besides KYC/Acc Opening Forms).

Can @HDFCBank_Cares confirm what documents are required to be filled on transferring a PPF Account to HDFC. PPF Tansfer held up for months due to lack of information from Customer Support and Bank Staff.
