@LynneShasta40 Dave Ramsey didn’t write that.

@AlBuffalo2nite @AlGeneRobi96834 You might want to check the source. That’s an AI video.

Going to trust the Apple weather app on this one instead of the local #ATLsnow predictions. Here in S Gwinnett we have nothing. The wind chill though is crazy! 1 to 3 inches of snow though? Nope.

[troythompson @troythompson]

@ModernityNews @PrisonPlanet @FairTaxOfficial you’re on deck.

[troythompson @troythompson]

@jamiedupree “Unimaginable” if you presume US history started at your birth. Seems renovations have been a thing for a while.

@EWErickson Like @ScottAdamsSays often quips: two movies showing on the same screen!

Doesn’t help that marketing algorithms push content based on interactions, regardless of the truth.

[troythompson @troythompson]

Tonight’s @GoStripers game has an honorary bat dog! “Joe” is trained by an organization that trains dogs for disabled veterans. Adorable!

[troythompson @troythompson]

@RichardGarriott In my IT experience Google outpaces Microsoft in raw spam detection ability. Maybe route through or host there? I once deployed an open source Bayesian filter proxy with excellent results—as of 15 years ago! DKIM and DMARC are huge pluses too.

[troythompson @troythompson]

Welp, we're at week 2 and still counting! Paycor Developer Portal reply last week was copy/pasted from the API documentation. I replied with API calls I'm already using and samples of the duplication.

Wonder how @Paylocity and @ADP are doing lately...

[troythompson @troythompson]

Insanity is often defined as doing the same thing and EXPECTING different results.

What is it called when you run the same code and parameters on @PaycorInc public general ledger API and get literally a different set of data, every time?

[troythompson @troythompson]

One week later... Paycor API for GL still returns junk. The development portal ticket hasn't been responded to at all. Maybe I'm the only customer using this feature?

[troythompson @troythompson]

@perplexity_ai Posting this here purely to save this for later, in case Perplexity has somehow predicted the outcome of the Super Bowl.

[troythompson @troythompson]

@perplexity_ai Um…

[troythompson @troythompson]

@e__strobel @elonmusk @tedcruz @FairTaxOfficial for the win! Been wanting this since I first heard of it almost 20 years ago.

[E__Strobel @E__Strobel]

@elonmusk @tedcruz I’d rather we do the FAIRTax because I don’t think we should be taxing income, but the flat tax is certainly far better than our current system.

[troythompson @troythompson]

@AstheriaXAI @elonmusk @tedcruz Hey @DOGE how about taking a look at @FairTaxOfficial : replaces income tax with flat sales tax on new items, exempting taxes on life necessities. Could launch the golden age of income freedom!

[troythompson @troythompson]

@ScottAdamsSays App software gains features and eats more CPU. Try replacing the OEM battery to squeeze a bit more performance and another year of use.

@VivekGRamaswamy Why do we have federal government unions? Feels rife for shenanigans…
