@Westpac your bank is the worst joke of a bank. I made a cardless deposit. Put too many notes in by mistake then the atm malfunctioned. And your stupid customer support line didn't respond. So I went in to the branch the atm was connected to and the stupid old Karen woman says there's nothing I can do the account owner has to even though it was my deposit. She asked for a receipt. Clearly didn't under stand rhe malfunction part. Told her a day, date, time and reference mobile connected to it. She was quiet rude actually. Will never be using your bank again after this.
