This agreement is huge, but begs the question: if the rules of AI media are negotiated entirely between major rights holders and major technology companies, what happens to everyone else?

How much freedom will independent creatives have? How much will fans be allowed to participate, collaborate and build within the worlds they love?

We’re building infrastructure around a different answer: protect creatives, compensate them, and create legitimate pathways for fans to participate directly.
