We often forget that the people we turn to for help may be facing their own struggles. This #FridayFeature is focused on first responder mental health. How can we offer our support and ensure that these folks feel safe asking for help?

One idea that we have is encouraging work place policy that recognizes and teaches about trauma first responders face on the job. These training sessions could offer self care tips and information about community resources where first responders can turn to for support.
