Just your average, corn fed, mid 30's guy, living life in the big state of Texas. Partnered, 2 yrs & counting. My partner, and dozens of hobbies are my life.
More Cybercab action today with a twist… for the 1st time, we see a large number of the older engineering Cybercabs that were wrapped on the E side temp lot … they may be getting ready for scrapping!
Cybercabs also continue testing on the track, with recent views showing the Cybercabs with the “Cybercab” logos are being driven fully autonomously.
The outbound lot has had many of the Cybercabs transported off site, but there are still about 50-60 in several different locations, again showing inventory changes on a daily basis.
Big question is … will Cybercabs positioned all over the country be part of the @Robotaxi fleet soon? Hopefully we won’t have to wait much longer to find out!
If you mash your foot on the accelerator pedal, the car will accelerate, whether you're driving a Tesla or any other car brand. In this case, the driver kept the accelerator pressed even after the crash.
It's very clear that the issue isn't Tesla or FSD - it's human drivers. Humans are not good drivers, but robots are, as evidenced by the safety data from both Tesla and Waymo.
The solution is obvious: If you take away the steering wheel and pedals and let the robots drive, crashes caused by human error - like driving into a house after overriding the system - simply won't happen.
There has never been a documented case of a robotaxi driving itself into a house, ever.
Quite a sight to see the progress this team has made since May 28. Wreckage recovery from start to finish was completed in 9 days, and all debris has been cleared from Launch Complex 36. Huge shoutout to the team who have been working 7x24. We have started reconstruction and still plan to fly again this year. Will have more details on the new conop soon.
A Model Y driver started experiencing a medical emergency with chest pain mid-drive & called his son.
His son then remotely rerouted the car – which had FSD Supervised enabled – to the nearest hospital & let them know the vehicle was en route. ER staff were standing by on arrival.
Doctors later confirmed the quick reroute likely saved his life.
@MissionUniX@stevenmarkryan Any stock that's less than a year old in your portfolio will be labeled as "short" if sold in less than a year the gains are taxed more heavily as income.
@ARKInvest@CathieDWood And yet the people on the ground struggling everyday to make a dollar are still being underpaid, as their wage growth hasn't kept up with inflation. As well, net profits of companies continue to skyrocket quarter over quarter, year after year, yet wage growth has been stagnant.
@MollySOShea@lrocket@GoToImpulse Love how many people came around the corner in the background, saw the camera and said, "Nope" then turned around or found another way. 😂
My girlfriend asked why I was smiling at 4 AM.
Showed her the terminal.
What are all those green numbers?
$1,129. Made while she slept.
Doing what?
Nothing. Claude scanned 14,000 wallets, found 47 that never lose, built a bot that copies them.
She watched for 10 seconds:
+$3.87 captured
+$6.42 captured
+$12.71 captured
It just keeps going?
Every few seconds. New line. New money.
How much did you start with?
$300. Now $1,429. Eleven hours. Asleep.
What does it do?
Buys at $0.48. Sells at $0.52. Pockets $0.04. Who wins doesn't matter.
That's legal?
Citadel does this on NYSE daily. 400 engineers. I have one screen.
She looked at the P&L curve. Never dips. Just climbs.
Can you make me one?
Setting hers up now.
She still doesn't get how it works.
The bot doesn't care.

@Osantobi@SawyerMerritt@elonmusk Giants like TSMC, who have been making chips for nearly 40 years and have that many years experience in optimizing & automation, still need people. TSMC Arizona it's newest & most advanced Fab has over 3.5K employees, and it's not done. Expansions will take that number to 6.5K.
