I have seen this picture cross my feed many times, and every single time it pulls me up short. His little blue lunchbox, the sneakers that are probably a tad too big because he would grow into them, the straps for his glasses so that he didn’t lose them, his checkered shirt that his little hands might have stumbled over in trying to make sure he got every button right, or perhaps his mother bent down to help him with; his mother who he waves goodbye to, who he loved and who loved him so deeply.
this man must've been someone's baby, someone's whole world at some point and he must've been raised with someone's love. i wish and pray there is an afterlife and it treats him kindly this is unbearable
@GrabMY this issue remains unresolved and I can't even follow up because you have marked it as "Resolved" on the app - which is the opposite of your e-mail to me weeks ago. Please provide a resolution immediately.
Awful experience with @GrabMY - I had lodged a complaint with your customer service. However, as the follow-up complaint was about that customer service, she failed to address it and instead made my complaint about the driver - when that was never the case. Please see below:
I then wrote back to clarify my complaint and much to my surprise, the same customer service rep responded with the same decision penalising the driver.
Please escalate this matter for the correct resolution.
BREAKING: "For the avoidance of doubt, this court finds the accused guilty of all 21 (money laundering) charges and convicts the accused accordingly." - Judge Sequerah
@GrabMY No one has reached out to me regarding this issue despite my multiple follow ups. I am not comfortable with the driver being penalised when it’s not his fault. Is this how Grab treats its drivers while allowing their customer service to run wild?
Do you have any idea how upset I am? How many children, women, men, entire families have waited for years to get citizenship? One young lady hung herself. Top student, ended up selling chicken rice with her mother. She was 22 years old. She couldn’t go to university
If you’re a parent, please think twice before dining here. A restaurant that disregards basic child safety and fails to show even minimal empathy after an accident does not deserve anyone’s trust — or business. (5/5)
So my eight month old baby and I had an extremely distressing experience at Common Man Coffee Roasters, Hartamas yesterday.
The staff provided us with a baby chair that had a defective safety belt, which the staff clearly knew about — but still handed to us. (1/5)
That level of indifference is shocking and unacceptable, especially after a safety incident involving an infant. I have attempted to contact them over e-mail, FB, and their Google page but have yet to receive a response till now. (4/5)
