The staging pad underneath Pad B chopsticks appears to have 4 embed plates for a static fire test stand.

It's almost hard to imagine, but it seems like SpaceX is planning to eventually transport ships directly to the launch site after Static Fire Testing. It will probably be a long time until we see that but its smart to plan ahead for all possibilities.
