I don't understand what's happening with @Clear. Was at the Phoenix airport today and it took at least 3x longer in Clear lane than the regular TSA lane. They only had two scanners and both of them were registering people. They need to have separate stations. It's ridiculous.

@ouraring I am so frustrated with the lack of customer service. After paying $59 + $15 for shipping I have not received my replacement battery charger and cannot get anyone in customer service to contact me. It's been over three weeks. Terrible terrible terrible customer svc.

So disappointed with @JetBlue took 1st class flight from EWR to LAX and FA hung up my sportcoat. I realized soon as I got home, filed a report hr later w specific instructions. L&F hasn't found it and malfunctions when I try to f/up

@JetBlue I was in the first class cabin where I flight attendant took my coat and forgot to give it back after hanging it up with my seat number. It's now been a week and they haven't found it. Also the tracking site replies with "Invalid Credentials" when I click the link sent by JB.
