@txblue_bonnet @KBTXRusty Not legally. The only time law enforcement can take into custody is when you are breaking the law or a doctor is willing to testify you are an imminent threat to yourself or others. They detained as long as they could. Once she was cleared, they had to release her.

@herotimeszero And, like most things, the devil is on the details. A “guilty verdict” is not “final” and therefore not a conviction until all appeals are exhausted. Is a man who has been found guilty of a rape a convicted felon even when the verdict is set aside by an appellate court?

@ArtCandee Or the Avacado costs $4 dollars, the tariff on Mexican avocados adds a dollar so you either buy avacodos grown in the US or forgo avocados all together and Mexico looses $4 per avocado in trade (unless of course, they decide to play ball, help close the border and equalize trade)
