I tried to make a transfer two weeks ago and realised my account was on “No Debit.” I went to your Adeoyo Junction branch in Ibadan, Oyo State, to complain and was told I needed to upgrade my account.

I had to rush home to get my utility bill, passport and NIN and returned to complete the process. I was told it would take 48 hours.
That was August 21. Today is September 1. My account is STILL on “No Debit.”

The traffic lights at Challenge, Ibadan have stopped working for some time now. This is one of the busiest intersections in the city connecting several parts of the state. School buses, ambulances, commercial vehicles and travelers all pass through here.
