Hi @JFKairport the lady at the help desk in terminal 4 sitting at the bottom of the escalator between gates A and B is actually the most unhelpful and wasn’t willing to help an old man and his service dog get to his gate after he sat at your golf cart bus stop for over 20 mins
Ordered @insomniacookies on Uber Eats and the NYC 14th St location customer service is phenomenal. They proactively called me twice with updates on my order (one letting me know they’re making a fresh batch of snickerdoodles, HYFR). Give whoever is working tonight a raise.
Finally a little common sense. There never should have been a trial. He should be commended for selfless actions to protect the other passengers and those who brought charges should be out of a job.
(4/4) @AmericanAir naturally, it’s impossible to talk to anyone on the phone to be refunded for this horrific experience. They gave us an automatic 10k points to our account which can’t even get me through security at any airport never mind come close to the cost of our trip.
