@MadeToHelp Help! Please! I bought a desk in Sep 2020… after much to-ing and fro-ing the faulty piece was finally collected on 1 July ‘21 but I’m still awaiting confirmation of my refund… emails going unanswered, I’m very out of pocket, nearly a year now 😢 ref B4511366-9628

1) Hi @ee. Just to let you know I’ve been reduced to a crying mess in a shopping centre after multiple, long, frustrating, fruitless conversations with your customer services who are unwilling to engage with helping me with a faulty handset.

4) @ee I am exhausted and broken and am now in tears through sheer frustration. some customer empathy training with your staff would be helpful.

3) @ee everyone I’ve spoken to has been completely unwilling to help, passing the blame to other people and telling me to trek halfway across London with my screaming 2yo get help elsewhere.

2) @ee You can throw consumer act data in my face as much as you like but ultimately I am a human being who is parting with hard earned money to have a phone so that I can answer calls from mum’s nurses or my kids teachers, and I can’t. Any help would have been really appreciated
