1. Destiny sent explicit videos to a guy named Ben who was pretending to be an adult woman named "Rose" that he seemingly didn't have permission to send. That's covered under revenge porn.

2. The images/videos Ben sent him of "Rose" were that of a minor. He's not at fault for that but he is responsible for his handling of those images after he knew her age. The WillyMacShow DMs are pretty damning that he kept them past when he learned her age and implies he hadn't taken whatever steps you should take if you somehow are given CSAM.

He's already done two completely damnable things morally. If he escapes justice it will be because the laws weren't passed soon enough for the lawsuit (a technicality) or the police decide the facts of the case aren't worth prosecuting (I have no idea what the laws are regarding this absurd set of circumstances).
