@ShopifySupport, I have been locked out of my admin site for 7 days, and the only response I get is "we are working on it." When a technology company can't solve a basic permissioning problem, it probably shouldn't host websites. This is basic stuff. 2nd rate! Ticket: 70443334.

@ShopifySupport I have been locked out of my admin account for 6 days, resulting in active pricing errors! My customers are demanding refund and @shopify and @ShopifySupport have done nothing but regurgitate, "We are sorry, but our team is working on it and your cases has been elevated"

@ShopifySupport @Shopify This issue was elevated several days ago to the Account Security Team. It is now 7 days and again, I have contact the support team and they acknowledge the issue and stated I need to be patient as this has been elevated to the appropriate team. (The ticket number is 70443334.)
