Is your money being held?
Shopify Payments, Airwallex, Wise, Revolut, or any fintech/processor..
You don’t need a lawyer, lol.

@tvacanti@ShopifySupport@Shopify That’s frustrating since it’s been 7 days, replying directly to the latest automated email on that ticket can sometimes force a timestamp in their queue. front line chat won't be able to touch it until Security clears it.
@tvacanti@ShopifySupport@Shopify Admin locks fall under Account Security, not general support. Live agents literally can't bypass security holds, you need to push for an escalation to the security team via the original ticket email.
@copyoxo@ShopifySupport@Shopify@harleyf Pre-orders create unfulfilled liability flags for Shopify’s risk engine. Even with old chargebacks, the system views taking upfront cash without immediate tracking numbers as a high-risk delivery delay.
@SreeragAr6@ShopifySupport Standard support can't override a Payments termination. You need to reply directly to the partner/risk team email with supply chain proof and a structured appeal document.
From account closure to payments activated.
Not every Shopify decision is the end of the road. In some cases, the outcome changes when the review reaches the right stage and the case is handled properly.
Always good to see progress. One case at a time. 📩

@V1n3ntB@ShopifySupport Reaching out 4 times to chat won't speed up Merchant Trust. They operate on a completely separate, asynchronous review queue, so pushing live support just stalls it out.
@Risnmcoinc@stripe@stripesupport@patrickc Standard support can't override a Payments termination. You need to reply directly to the partner/risk team email with supply chain proof and a structured appeal document.
@V1n3ntB@Shopify@ShopifySupport 0% chargebacks doesn't matter when Shopify Payments' backend algorithm recalculates business risk. Push for an internal escalation with their risk ops team, not public chat reps.
Another good update.
The Shopify Payments payout hold has been lifted after review. It's a reminder that some cases don't end with the first decision, getting the right information in front of the right team can make a difference.
Always good to see progress.

@team_pitch@stripe Weekend payout holds are automated at the merchant bank level, support reps literally don't have a button to bypass that clearing cycle.
@EngzServices@stripesupport Make sure you send them the exact ticket ID. Standard support loops won't see the internal manager notes unless you cite the original ticket.
@99BOCALLC@stripesupport If risk management flagged it by mistake, front-line support can't unfreeze it. You need their internal legal escalation team to clear the hold manually.
Another positive update.
The payout hold has been lifted, which is a reminder that some cases can move forward when the review process reaches the right stage.
Every case is different, but seeing progress like this is always good to see.

@eduster27 No problem man. Shoot me a dm when you get a second, happy to share how we bypassed that automated loop and got human eyes on the tracking docs.
