@DaikinIndia terrible customer service. While super difficult to speak with a real human on IVR, also never got call back. Had to chase technician based on sms. After visit tech suggested for a private job. Still no solution. Ref: 43147919

@omiey@IndianRailMedia dogs travelling via trains is a very common phenomenon even more so after covid. Can these steps regarding paperwork, visits to parcel office 4 hr prior etc not be done online while booking tickets? Why trouble the passengers and their pets?
