Online money scam is at peak in India,everyday people are loosing lacs of rupees, yet police is not taking any measure to stop this neither govt of India or RBI. I strongly believe that police is taking its own cut from these guys otherwise nothing is possible for police to track

I bought mmt gift card worth 6k from PayZapp, and added it to wallet, but it never shows up in hotel flight train or bus booking. On top of it, no option to contact customer agent. This is my last attempt to contact @makemytrip , will file court case on Monday. #Makemytripfraud

@makemytrip support is the worst in Industry, their so called AI agent Myra doesn’t understand basic query and there is no way to connect to real agent. Somehow after many hit and try’s I was able to connect and the customer agent said he doesn’t have any idea about gift card.1/3

He provided ivr number to contact, and that ivr numbers doesn’t have any option for gift cards, for everything it asks to use mobile app or website. I don’t know who is the product manager of this amazing customer support innovation.2/3

The turning point was air strikes by India on 9th May and the morning of 10th May, it was a 'hell fire' by India. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, after talking to Pakistan Chief of Army Staff, Asim Munir, called EAM Dr S Jaishankar and informed that Pakistan is ready to talk. India made it clear that talks should be between DGMOs and no one else. Pakistan DGMO requested for the time with the Indian counterpart at 1 pm on 10th May. It is to be noted that India informed Pakistan's DGMO on 7th May that it had conducted strikes on terror infrastructure in Pakistan, but he did not respond.
