@nicoginger82 @ChefWillH But a vegan cake is the same as a dairy & egg free cake, so they're requesting the same thing. You don't need to police this stuff. Noone needs you to validate whether they are vegan or not - they just need food that they can eat.

@nicoginger82 @ChefWillH I religiously avoid 7 foods and don't eat meat either, but if I look for vegan & gluten free food first then I have already dealt with 3 of them. Which is obvs easier than listing 7 and hoping the waiting staff get it. It's practical - not hypocritical.
