@ao told me to get an independent engineer out for the faulty TV I purchased from them and promised to cover the callout fee. I paid £99 (VAT included, per invoice). Now they’re only refunding £82.50, wrongly claiming VAT doesn’t apply. Sent proof a 5 days ago - still no reply.

@JustEatUK I have emailed you but you are refusing to help because you claim the food was returned to the restaurant, yet i have spoken to the restaurant which denied the food being returned and said they could identify the driver who picked up the order. Now a police matter!

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow I didn’t realise that the interest you earn also gets added to your total income. So if you earn just below the 40% threshold, your earned interest can move you into the next bracket - changing the tax free interest allowance you can receive - can you confirm?
