This is the first post I have seen where someone is experiencing what I have been. This started happening to me and my wife’s car when 14.3 came out. At first I did a service appt and got a loaner while it was being diagnosed and it happened to the loaner. It only happens on one particular spot in one direction on a road I travel daily and three spots in the other direction. I have talked to other Tesla owners in the area and it’s happening to them in those spots as well. It’s very local as I just did a 1200 mile trip 100% on FSD. Is yours happening in the same area?
