@VirginMoney On 31st October 25 there is transaction on a credit card (not virgin) under Virgin Money Travel In. But I’ve received nothing about renewals or updates to policy or anything. I can’t sign in as don’t have a policy number as never received anything. If I had I would have opted out
@VirginMoney looks like you fraudulently took money from my credit card for travel insurance. I’ve received no emails about a renewal. I have not agreed to a renewal, I have no new policy or quote numbers. You just took my money. I can’t sign into anything!
@VirginMoney I had travel insurance with you November 2024 for a year. It was a gold policy as i needed extended dates for a trip at the time. I would never have wanted that one renewed.
@facebook I’m guessing you did a stupid update as events tab is missing in a group I constantly use and can’t see it! Frustrating. Sort it out!! Or at least tell me how to get it back. Ridiculous this is an issue for a number of people why make it so complicated!
@directferries I’m awaiting a refund. I paid extra to be able to cancel. All I’ve received is emails to say you’ll be in touch about the refund. Happy to take money but clearly happy to not return it. I’ve filled out a customer form. I’ll be contacting the ombudsman.
@O2 seriously been trying to get hold of a person sick of your machine. When I do get hold of someone I get transferred and have to go through everything I said again. You’ve messed up my transfer from another network. I tried private messaging on here but no response.

@SkyNews@RMTunion First I had to reorganise my work schedule to December because of November strikes which even though didn’t go ahead, were cancelled last min. So I couldn’t change my now changed schedule which ended up being a good thing because the train line kept the strike schedule!
@virginmedia Just switching it off and back on again after 60 seconds. It did work after that. But this happened last week when I was working at home although I didn’t reset it last week but it seems to happen in the afternoon only. The morning it works.
@virginmedia Yes and reset it this is becoming far too disruptive it said there is weak signal to pretty much all our devices. But this issues is occurring more abs more frequently and we haven’t changed anything. I cannot work like this at all.
@virginmedia I don’t care that the kids are out of school so the area has more usage. I pay for the usage I want that I should receive so I can work and I’m not getting it. Excess area usage is your problem don’t make it mine abs get my damn internet to work
