@inboundike Just want to note- Most of the charters were in areas to support kids that needed it the most but over time those areas changed. Areas like west of the park which is equivalent to Gold Coast doesn't have charters. I worked in education in DC.

If you get kidnapped this might save your life :

1. Spit all over the ground; it's your DNA.

3. Call 911 and ask for a a pizza they will know you need help.
4. If you need to call someone, like 911, but can't speak, call 55, they will track your location.

5. If you are in a car/truck, try breaking the tail light. If you stick out your hand, the car behind you will probably call the police.
