@British_Airways It’s 3rd July. My bag’s been “scheduled for delivery” since 23rd June. You deleted my original report & gave me a new ref — no updates, no courier, no explanation. Staff give conflicting info. Complaint ignored. Your 24–72hr policy is clearly meaningless!!!!

@LISAJDAWSON Lisa we have been trying to contact @British_Airways for the last 4 days as we are in Dubai but our luggage with sons medication and my clothes still in @heathrowT5 and can only get call centre staff who are no use! Even when asking to speak with a manager. Total joke! Good luck!
