Same with Target, same with property in the Bay Area of SF. Hell, Soros even devalued the £. Once unrest passes, value goes back up.

I'm genuinely curious why you don't seem concerned about politicians touting "shadow coders" and "drug use", "money laundering" etc that are clearly not the case? I'd prefer the same access as Europeans for example.

I'm unaware of any change to the restrictions prohibiting the public from participating in startups, or other investment vehicles that people with more money, or a different address, have access to. Its as if the system is designed this way on purpose..
