is there a way to get my @MSFTCopilot to combine/categorize all Follow-Up Tasks assigned to me in recorded meeting notes? I've been trying to get the correct prompt for a while and it keeps skipping meetings or skipping items @MicrosoftHelps

with the #NewOutlook i'm only limited to 32kb for mail templates, while the Old Outlook would allow me to save as Outlook Template files. @MicrosoftHelps is the 32kb really my only option for templates now? I had 10+ email templates in Old Outlook that saved me time :(

hola @MicrosoftHelps when will the #newoutlook have the ability to open/manipulate PDFs as attachments vs in preview mode? i open PDFs from attachments multiple times a day and it has completely disrupted my workflow 😰

@Outlook just switched to new today and my rules don't fully transfer. when I try to recreate, I can't add 'desktop alert' for the emails that get moved to a specific folder. this helped me b/c it alerted AND organized. will this be added back? defeats purpose for me if not 😭

@gmail i'm trying to find an email from last February, but it seems it got deleted and then deleted from the trash. is there any way to retrieve this? had some important information that was needed this February :( also can I change the 30-day policy?!

i'm hoping @AdobeCare can help me with an @Acrobat issue. i've tried chatting in but bc I'm an enterprise account, the chat option is disabled. my IT team has tried to fix this 3x but nothing works. this error only happens on files I've saved to my AdobeCloud (not local files)

this is incredibly annoying and has stunted my work process and efficiency. again, it's only AdobeCloud documents...and I'd prefer to keep using that function! please help 😀🙃😀

this will sporadically happen to 50+ files. sometimes I click ok, try again, and it works. sometimes I have to reboot the program for it to work. sometimes I never get the error. totally random which files are affected and whether they'll be affected when i try to open

hey @reliantenergy & @oncor my 85yo grandma who is on oxygen has had no elect since 130am on 02/02 (her bday). Grandpa had a massive stroke same day and is in neuro ICU. Grandma has had to stay in hotel w/ dog at home. (1/3)

What is the status? It has now been about 60hrs w/o elect. There are no utility trucks on the street. We need to get grandma back home and to her medical supplies. It would be nice to have that peace of mind since we are also at the ICU. Please help. (3/3)

Friday there were technicians on the street and restored everyone’s svc but grandma’s. Cust svc has been contacted but said “I’m not authorized to dispatch anyone to your house.” WHATTTT??!?! (2/3)
