Hi @financialombuds, I complained to @BMW_UK on 14/02 after they shorted my agreement by 12 months and are demanding earlier repayment (£14k), they advised an 8 week response but the payment is due in less than 6 weeks. How can I resolve this faster please?

@Harrods Who set up your mail out addresses - I'm listed as "Ms" on my account so why was this addressed to "Other"?!
