@fishemansblues @NotTheMoosh007 Probably has a five year DTV visa, exits every 90 days. If he stays more than 180 days he should pay tax, but tax rates are not high and it’s not really enforced. I know loads of people on DTV staying over 180 days and not paying tax.

@Etsy - how can we get some assistance and talk to an actual person? Multiple support requests are ignored, appeals ignored, our shop is "temporarily locked for security reasons" - but we cannot unlock it AND cannot contact you through conventional means. AND your holding $5000!
