@AirCanada You cancelled our flights on 12/23 saying we could change/cancel with no fee. We paid for new tickets losing the unused portion first set. I couldn’t get help via phone and website didn’t allow me to adjust my booking! I requested a refund and you give me 25% off code? FRAUD!

@PmsManly @AirCanada It’s one thing to not make it for the holidays to be with family due to weather but they’ve been heartlessly ignoring all of their affected customers. Truly hope everyone gets the compensation they deserve and hopefully never have to rely on AC again! Happy Holidays!
