That excludes the fact that the US government is barred by law from negotiating lower drug prices with producers- another money pit.

I really miss Charlie Francis. He had a rare talent for creative insights. One of my favorites was his comment on coaches thinking they can volume their way to faster speed: "If you can't touch a basketball rim, it doesn't matter how many times you can't touch a basketball rim."
