@MTNza I’m trying to speak to a call centre agent and can’t find any contact information to do so. I’m trying to RICA an e-sim and I can’t do that through the self service menu when dialling 135.

@bookingcom I made a booking through the app. Upon completing the final payment step, a pop up said something went wrong. The full booking amount was deducted and a partial refund made. Any reason why I wasn’t refunded the full amount?

@MTNza Thanks. Is it available on Apple devices? I went to iStore this weekend and Apple Watch series 5 with Cellular wasn’t available on MTN? New iPhones also have e-sim compatibility, but not on MTN apparently.
