在中国高度优绩主义的社会中，医生作为维持社会劳动力正常运作的角色被赋予了规范性的权利。精神科医生则是这一权力的集中体现。我们作为跨儿在相当程度上比起医生更加了解自己的心理状态，我们本来可以为自己需不需要hrt/srs做决定。医生在这里扮演了gate keeper的角色。他们禁止不符合社会规范的少数群体进入社会秩序，这并不仅仅体现在跨儿的处境上。由于患者数量庞大和医疗资源的稀缺，医生们自身的权益为了效率最大化也在一定程度上被牺牲了。例如恶劣的规培制度和（比起西方同等背景下的）较高的工作强度。这使原本就激烈的医患矛盾变得更严重。这是自改革开放以来效率优先政策的一贯体现。我个人认为这一状态已经开始出现变化的迹象。

从家长的角度说，对于中国这样无社会基本保障的国家，一个符合社会期望的后代是他们对自己未来人身和财产安全的最大保障。而跨性别由于被主流话语污名化，一个跨性别子女对于父母的社会评价是毁灭性的。尽管跨儿的产生是自然和社会因素的共同作用，这些难以接受的父母还是会希望存在一种“解药”；仿佛解开某个“心结”我们就不再“想当”跨儿。这种期许促成了家长和精神科医生，甚至和扭转机构的媾和。在保守派家长看来，即便失去一个无法“矫正”的孩子也要维护自己的社会声誉和对晚年安全的期待。作为跨儿，我认为提高我们的声量和存在感有助于我们帮助这些处于被夹击境地的同伴。

政府在这一语境中不再是一个独立的势力，而是为了经济发展用强力手段维持主流话语的绝对声量的幕后黑手。随着中国经济的失速，社会矛盾不断激化，主流认同的崩溃使得这种强力的维稳手段变本加厉（这也可以从中国政府镇压民间社会运动的手段中看出）。跨儿们只有主动团结身边的个体抱团才能抵御来自激进化的主流话语的攻击。但政府巧妙的通讯管制使得这种团结变得困难。尽管环境听起来有些悲观，我个人认为少数群体的能见度在一定程度上是增加了的（在正/反的意义上）。关于主流话语的另类右翼化和性少数的关系我会分开写。

2020年发表于《性医学杂志》的另一篇文章表明，约79.4%的跨性别者希望接受性别肯定激素治疗，但有高达71.5%的跨性别者都认为相关资源难以获取，且约43.1%的人因无法获得性别肯定激素治疗而产生过自残念头。在医疗资源无比紧缺且门槛严苛的情况下，大部分跨女都只能选择DIY或灰色途径（药商）自行用药，更有许多人会尝试自行手术：根据同一篇论文的调查结果，进行HRT的中国跨性别者中有67.6%通过非法途径获取药物，61.8%在没有定期专业监测的情况下使用药物。早年，在跨性别女性社群还未形成、大家还未在HRT方案达成共识之时，是我们无数的前辈用自己的身体、健康和生命为代价以身试药，才逐渐形成了「规范」的用药方式，并反哺了所谓的「官方」医疗体系。这种不稳定的用药环境和坚持自我、照护社群的勇气，构成了「药娘」社群不可缺失的组成部分。然而，这样的环境也使得跨性别者更容易因不合理用药带来的激素波动而出现心理和生理问题，也更加促使了社会渲染「变性药」跨性别恐慌、污名化「药娘」的理由 [6]。在这个意义上，我们受到的压迫，反而成为了用于证明我们的「威胁」和「咎由自取」的理由。这不是什么误解或者错误：这就是精心设计的羞辱。8/15

我个人比较悲观…… 我认为现在中国的跨性别医疗序列里面就存在一些其实不那么支持跨性别的医生…… 随着这一代医生退休，我很难想象未来的中国医生都是友跨的……

关于“跨性别到底是什么问题”，我并不认为是主流社会听不懂我们在说什么，我个人也不知道怎么样才能让这个问题“非政治化”。少数群体在中国社会的图示中就是作为生命政治里“赤裸生命”的位格存在的。在主流社会的整体认同完全崩坏之前我个人对这个问题持悲观态度……

I wish to take this opportunity to explain the structural oppression and struggles for survival that trans women in China currently face. The target audience of this thread includes fellow trans people and allies around the world and to cis people who view us with skepticism or outright hostility. My name is amber. I am a trans woman who grew up in China and a PhD student at @wgsi. My research focuses on transfem community history in China since 1980. This is a long thread. 我比较笨也生活在比较保守的家庭里。小学快毕业的时候体毛开始隐约发育我才开始觉得开始和其他的女孩子不一样…… 初中的时候自己写小说幻想自己是女生就被其他男生嘲笑，他们高喊着“他想当女人！”，仿佛我是什么不得了的笑料。后面出国以后才知道有跨性别的存在。我的第一感觉是非常恐惧，觉得ta们是不“正常”的人，我不要和ta们一样，因此发表过很多在我今天看来属于恐跨的言论…… 上了大学我的gd已经非常严重了才不得不承认自己是跨儿…… 我把这当成秘密，努力的学习和搞科研，就是为了获得出柜的能力。好在我的朋友和导师都能接受我，真的很感谢他们…… 我的亲哥哥也能接受我。但是我的家里非常保守，直接出柜的后果我没办法估计…… 只要找到一份工作或者PhD Position我就能rle了，现在还在努力中。 如果可以，下辈子真不想是跨了…… 也不是自恨，就是这个事实给我带来了太多的创伤和麻烦……

我从GCSE就在英国了，不得不说这个国家真的非常非常恐跨…… 经历了很多糟糕的事情…… 如果有计划出海的跨儿千万不要来英国！

These capitals should learn to respect science and accredit the prior contribution by mathematicians properly. In addition, solving such problem does not change everyday CFD and engineering work. A generative language model is nowhere close to AGI as it does not have the capability to intervene the physical reality. I was suspended for the 'crime' of being a trans woman who ran for a women's place. The "media interest" in my gender was cited as the sole reason for my suspension.
