@AmericanAir Make sure you bring your sanitary wipes if you have to fly on American. AA planes have always been dirty but this is beyond disgusting. This is just from the headrest and seat belt buckle.
@NutsGourmet On your Mega Omega ingredient list you show "product of China" at the end. Can't think of anything less appealing to put into my body and perhaps the reason the nuts in my last bag tasted like rancid oil. NOT IMPRESSED.
@SamsungUS Worst customer service ever in the home appliance division. Six phone calls, hours on hold, agents that lie and don't follow through. I will never purchase anything from Samsung again!!
@SamsungUS Very unhappy customer! Multiple washer/dryers have now arrived broken. Have wasted hours on the phone and days waiting around for replacements with no offer of credit or compensation for your poorly built machines. For those considering Samsung, go elsewhere!
@AmericanAir Ok, I give up AA. Been trying to get help for days. Worst "customer service" ever. I didn't have a choice for my trip today but sure glad I'm 1K on @united and don't have to fly AA often, it's always a sad experience.
@AmericanAir Not sure why anyone would want to be a frequent flyer on AA. Website/mobile app is terrible. Can't request an upgrade. Been trying for two days to reach someone on the phone. RIDICULOUS! I'm stuck with AA for my flight today and super thankful I'm a 1K at @united
@HP A computer new out of the box is not functioning properly. Hours on the phone with India (how pleasant) and they want the computer sent in for repair. I asked for a return and refund but was told no. HORRID customer service!!!

@Chase@united Disgusted with CHASE and UNITED, not offering a refund for Chase Club Card annual fee that I was charged in Feb when 97% of the clubs have been closed all year! Reminds me of why I hated Chase 10 years ago, time to cancel my cards and move back to @AmericanExpress

@ATT Your customer service is a disaster! Will be arranging alternate TV and Internet services and cancelling ATT. After 15 years you guys can't get it right and I give up with my constantly increasing bill and unreliable service.
