@ScotsPolFed Yet nothing changes. Small number of very good bosses out there. Most bury their head and pretend it isn't an issue. Still waiting since May last year if I am ok after a job. Change needs to happen as Cops are struggling.

@ScotsPolFed I go shift after shift without hearing from mine. Still waiting to be asked if I am ok after an inc in May. Zero interest in my welfare and wellbeing by a very poor Supervisor. I often wonder, if I never turned up, how long it would be before my Supervisor noticed, if at all.

@ScotsPolFed Won't happen. Initial role out done amd no £ or tasers left to make new hubs. Will be 112 miles for me to get and return my nearest taser. Lip service as per the norm.

@CopTayside Do they think our average guest is going to sit for 5 mins and give am honest review. Most of our clientel don't answer their phones to us.
When are they going to ask Officers what they think of Custody. Maybe more appropriate no?

@CopTayside Very nice! Having received some patches from another Force recently, I felt terrible that I had no patches to give in return. Sad when your own Force has sod all to give to colleaugues from other parts of the world.

@baronredpig @ScotsPolFed One youngen in my sub Div openly said to Sgt and Insp that they will do the bare minimum at work so don't expect much! Even to have the balls to openly say that says a lot.

@ScotsPolFed Exterior light reported back in Nov. Still waiting for a new bulb. Told estates need to wait for enough bulbs to replace to then be able to buy a box of bulbs, then it will be sorted. Amazing. Enjoy your fizzy water folks, for my tap runs warm.
