Starting conversations with youth could transform the future.

Another issue may be the fact that many do not know where to access contraceptives and the fact that there are a lot of myths that still exist.

Many seem to think it is a matter of laziness and mothers being "too busy." I think these observations point to the fact that there may be some underlying biased gender beliefs...

One way to change this stereotype is for the market to start producing more male-friendly options for contraception.

If a partner is unwilling to budge on their stance about contraceptives to accommodate some of my needs, a question about the viability of the relationship becomes apparent.

IUDs are easy, discrete, and last for a number of years making them very effective. Another possible contraceptive possibility(provided willingness)would be condoms, due to their simplicity and economic price point
