I’ve had weeks of outages on my @Xfinity @XfinitySupport internet service and am out of ideas for how to get them fixed. Lagging and dropped video calls along with intermittent service outages now for weeks. A short list of things we’ve tried: 1/x

There is clearly a bigger issue ongoing in my area. I frequently receive automated text messages that there is a service issue impacting me. I also see Xfinity trucks in the area & have heard they are working on some sort of issue

A technician came out and found no signal issues inside or outside my house. I’ve also swapped out my XFi router/modem but the issues continue. The automated troubleshooter is not finding the issue. What do I do next to try to work this out? @XfinitySupport

@XfinitySupport I am constantly having issues with meetings (Zoom, Teams, FaceTime). I occasionally lose all connectivity. I’ve been getting automated SMS messages seemingly several times per week saying there is a “network performance issue” in my area.
