@ProtagorasTO The network effect in case of UBER lie offline , i.e. more orders, more earnings, more drivers etc.. and thus are hard to build.
The network effect of GOOG and FB lies totally online and easier to build.
Obviously harder to to build network effects are more defensible.
Demotivation is usually a signal to consider changing what you’re doing. You might not know what to do instead, but you can be pretty sure about what you don’t want to do anymore.
You can improve your life by elimination. By getting rid of what you hate. It’s a reliable process.
