【銀行の勧誘が引き金に　FILCOメーカー破産の裏側】

ファンに惜しまれつつ破産したダイヤテック（株）、独自入手した申立書から見えてきた「忸怩たる破産」の全容

【サマリー】
・2006～07年、銀行の勧めで1ドル110円の為替予約（デリバティブ）を締結
・リーマン・ショック後の急激な円高で5億円超の負債発生
・本業がコロナ特需で持ち直すも、その反動や安価品流入で業績悪化
・年商10億円台をキープしていたが2024年には4.7億円まで減少
・個人から5,000万円調達するも2026年に入ると毎月700万円の赤字が発生し、事業継続が困難に
・社長は「各銀行が勧誘していたデリバティブに乗った私の責任だと考えています」と陳述

弁済できない債務者の責任は重いが、大きな混乱もなく、破産開始決定を受けたのは、経営陣の責任感が大きい

こうした姿勢が、愛された商品の供給を支えていたのかもしれない

沢を下った先に待ち受けるのは、急峻な斜面、地図にない崖や滝です。
迷った末に不安定な斜面で滑落すると、ケガで行動不能となり、さらに沢筋で通信が途絶、服が濡れて低体温症のリスクが高まる等、一気に生命の危機に陥ります。
「登り返す」ことが重要です。

どこのメール宛先でも確実に届けられるメールサーバを構築するには、SPF/DKIM/DMARC だけでは駄目で、過去に汚れた履歴の無い綺麗な IP アドレスを複数個持つ必要がありますね。大手のメールプロバイダでは最近は VPS なんかの IP からのメールは拒否します。つまり個人でメールサーバを運用するのはほぼほぼ無理になったという事です。
