@BritishGasHelp Hi, two years ago we had smart meters installed, this year you finally commissioned them. After all this time we still have no control panel to monitor active usage, even though the contact centre told me they were sending one over a month ago. Please advise.
@BritishGasHelp one week later and we have used 400.00 of gas over the last 20 days. Meter hasn’t been commissioned and have no smart monitor. Next tweet is the media. How can we work out what we use. Was also told to goto a diy shop to buy one on chat.
@BritishGasHelp Had smart meters installed May 2022, left not working and no smart monitor. Multiple attempts to contact British Gas to be told to buy a smart monitor from my local diy store by British Gas chat. Have no idea how much we are using and no support from BG.
@Vitality_UK why is it I have to report missing gym check in points every week. Are the systems not connected. This has been going on over 6 months. Please can someone dm me and resolve my missing points
@RandoxOfficial we arrived in the Uk 2 days ago and the day two booking references are not being recognised on the CertiFly app. Government website says all arrivals from 04.00 Tuesday would be subject to the changes. We can’t amend plf or create one in the past. Please advise
@johnlewishelp Hi John Lewis no response from my complaint escalated to the John Lewis board since Monday. Tv is 4 days old with a fault. So disappointed and not what I expect.
@johnlewishelp Well I’ve tweeted twice and had no reply. Trying to return a faulty Samsung tv and returns team don’t believe there is a fault even after sending pictures. This was for a birthday present.
@johnlewishelp I spent all day yesterday trying to get returns to accept there is a problem with my newly delivered TV. Sent pictures but still will not resolve. This is not the John Lewis I remember. Even emailed Pippa Wicks. Help
@johnlewishelp Brand new Samsung tv has fault. Sent pictures to customer returns, They have seen the fault but don’t believe me. Sent DM to Pippa Wicks. This is a birthday present. So so disappointed not what I expect from John Lewis. Case ref available

Uk. Trying to write with a complaint over the recipe change with skittles in the Uk. There also appears to be a slight change to the bag design. The new recipe is terrible and I’m a big fan. What’s gone wrong
@Vitality_UK second week in a row and missing pelaton workout points and gym workout not registering should be at 13 points currently at five. Last tome@pelaton was missing it updated two days later on the wrong day and I missed points again. Help
