​उत्तराखंड सरकार अब अपनी आंखें खोले! राज्य के युवा डॉक्टरों और स्वास्थ्य की रीढ़ की अनदेखी करना प्रदेश के भविष्य से खिलवाड़ है। जब पड़ोसी राज्य उत्तर प्रदेश में ₹1,10,000+ मानदेय मिल रहा है, तो उत्तराखंड में यह उपेक्षा क्यों?
​स्पष्ट संदेश: जब तक न्यायसंगत मानदेय वृद्धि का आधिकारिक शासनादेश (GO) जारी नहीं होता, यह हड़ताल जारी रहेगी।

​Despite repeated appeals, representations, and overwhelming national support, our legitimate demand for stipend parity remains unanswered.
​Under the leadership of Doon RDA President Dr. Abhijeet Rathi, GMC Haldwani RDA, and resident representatives across Uttarakhand, it has been unanimously decided:

​ALL RESIDENT DOCTORS OF UTTARAKHAND ARE GOING ON STRIKE STARTING TOMORROW, TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, AT 10:00 AM.
​We have served tirelessly through endless 24×7 shifts, but our dignity cannot be compromised any longer. The government, Hon’ble Health Minister, and Hon’ble CM Shri @pushkardhami ji must take immediate cognizance.
​Issue the Government Order for fair stipend parity now. The ball is in your court.

कॉलेज कार्यक्रम के दौरान हमारे अध्यक्ष डॉ. अभिजीत राठी एवं कोषाध्यक्ष डॉ. आकाश चौहान ने माननीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ��ॉ. सुबोध उनियाल जी से मुलाकात कर लंबे समय से लंबित PG Resident Stipend के मुद्दे को प्रमुखता से उठाया।

हमारी ओर से आवश्यक नोटिस/दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत किए गए और Junior एवं Senior Residents के Stipend को लागू मानकों/नियमों के अनुसार संशोधित करने की मांग रखी गई।

माननीय मंत्री जी ने हमारी बात गंभीरता से सुनी और आश्वासन दिया कि फाइल संबंधित कार्यालय में प्रक्रिया में है तथा उचित कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

हम, उत्तराखंड के PG रेजिडेंट डॉक्टर्स, स्टाइपेंड में संशोधन एवं वृद्धि की अपनी लंबे समय से लंबित मांग को लेकर आपका ध्यान आकर्षित करना चाहते हैं।

हम 24×7 इमरजेंसी सेवाओं, मरीजों की देखभाल, नाइट ड्यूटी, शैक्षिक कार्य एवं अस्पताल की सेवाओं में निरंतर योगदान देते हैं, लेकिन हमारा स्टाइपेंड कई अन्य राज्यों की तुलना में कम है।

RDA द्वारा यह मुद्दा संबंधित अधिकारियों के समक्ष उठाया जा चुका है और आवश्यक दस्तावेज भी प्रस्तुत किए गए हैं।

🙏 माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी से अनुरोध है कि कृपया इस विषय पर सकारात्मक हस्तक्षेप कर रेजिडेंट ड��क्टर्स के स्टाइपेंड में उचित एवं शीघ्र संशोधन सुनिश्चित करें।
