@OVOEnergy this is still ongoing. After being escalated to the third highest level of complaints, OVO admitted fault in billing. While I awaited this in writing a new complaints handler was put on the case who denies all knowledge of this. Feels like Groundhog Day. Never OVO

Anybody else struggling with @OVOEnergy ? They are trying to back bill me illegal and even though they said they would get back to me in 48hours after making a complaint, it has been over a week.

@ovoenergy I'm at a loss. Was promised a call back within 48h. That never happened. I'm unsure what to do as when I call you, the call handler says it is too complicated for them. This is why I left ovo in the first place. Had no issues with @OctopusEnergy my new supplier
