Once one problem is solved, the leader must step back again, reassess the situation, and identify the next most important issue.
The Leadership Philosophy of @F3nation is based upon
Sua Sponte Leadership, which encourages men to take action in furtherance of the Mission without specific direction
To do that, you have to make sure the Team knows and understands the Mission
When you take the time to explain the why behind the mission, you equip leaders on your team to make decsions and adjust the plan without relying on you.
In loving memory of Charlie Kirk, a fearless patriot & man of unwavering faith who dedicated his life to America.
"It's bigger than you, I want you to remember that... It's bigger than me - you are here to make somebody else's life better, the pursuit of liberty & freedom."❤️
"The Great, and even Legendary, Charlie Kirk, is dead. No one understood or had the Heart of the Youth in the United States of America better than Charlie. He was loved and admired by ALL, especially me, and now, he is no longer with us. Melania and my Sympathies go out to his beautiful wife Erika, and family. Charlie, we love you!" - President Donald J. Trump

Love is selfless concern for the welfare of others
Good deeds are things done out of love
We are called to love and perform good deeds
But Christians are also to consider how to spur one another on to love and good deeds—that’s a whole other gear
We can’t force people tot take ownership or impose it on people.
That may work maybe once or twice, but it wont’t move the needle to get them to take ownership.
But we can lead by example.
