Received a boAt wired earphone from Amazon on 30th April, and within just 2 days the jack stopped working. Visited a boAt service centre for replacement, only to be told the seller was NOT authorised by boAt, so they refused support and asked me to contact Amazon.

Since then, every single call with @AmazonIN results in a new ticket and another waiting period — 48 hrs, 72 hrs, 15 days — with absolutely no resolution.

I booked a hotel in Varanasi a MONTH in advance. Hotel cancelled ON CHECK-IN DAY due to price hike. I paid double for an alternate hotel.
