My son needed to see a dr. today. Got a walk-in appt at local NHS GP. Dr. was kind/thorough. No co-pay or visit to a billing office. Wasn’t free; it’s funded thru taxes & Nat’l Ins. contributions. I wish Americans could experience this. #MedicareForAll
