@TfL hi, is the signal failure on the northern line actively being looked at yet or still awaiting action? It’s been nearly a week now and still no improvement or sign of change. Thanks.
@MikeReadUK Hi there Mike, hope you’re well. Bit of a long shot but do you know where I could potentially find a copy of ‘World of Colour’? I’d love to have a listen. Thanks!
@jellypoinnt@DeliverooHelp@Deliveroo Mad that they’ve had a ton of complaints about this faulty promo code over several days and not even taken the most basic action to remove it yet.. 😑
@limebike@mysaymysay1@cpscott16@WhenWeAllVote@voteearlyday You told me a week ago that you were already sending a team over. That was before asking me for any information which suggested to me that absolutely nothing was being done about it. Also why is the onus on me to waste my time sending you 50 QR codes? That isn’t a long term fix.
@mysaymysay1@cpscott16@limebike@WhenWeAllVote@voteearlyday This used to be an open street. It’s been blocked like this for months now. And @limebike continues to put the onus on everyone but themselves to do the right thing. Useless. Seems to be a trend nowadays. Everyone’s just getting super lazy. The next pandemic..
@limebike How are you educating these riders? Also those fines are only implemented on the basis that others do the grunt work of scanning the barcode and opening an investigation with you. Why should it fall on the general public to do the work for you? It feels like deflection.
@limebike This is meant to be a pedestrian street. I had to walk into the main road to get by. According to your policy, to report this I’d have to barcode scan each and every one of these bikes. You need to do better and take more responsibility because your riders don’t.
@_LimeAID@limebike This just feels like a big standard automated reply. Beyond letting these incidents repeat themselves and expecting us to take the time to report them for you, what are you doing to prevent this in future? Like what action are you taking?
@skeeballbob37 @ShonkAerospace@InternetH0F He definitely crossed over from ‘defending himself’ to ‘teaching her a lesson’ - but sometimes lessons are hard-learned 😅 He clearly got to the point where he just snapped and had to give her a taste of her own medicine.
@limebike@AccessibleRail Why do you ‘expect’ Lime riders to respect the rules of the road when the stats clearly point to the contrary? You really need to enforce more effective measures rather than simply expecting users to report and run the clean up for you.
@AllenKimber1 @NewBuildHell@limebike@TfL@MayorofLondon@EveningStandard@wfcouncil@WFConservatives@stellacreasy It’s clear they want to evade building stops for as long as possible. Probably down to cost and then the reality of having to actually hold users accountable when they park badly. It’s too easy for them at the moment - they ask you to go scan the barcode and do the work for them!
